Cancer affects everyone regardless of age, gender or social status and represents a tremendous burden for patients, families, and societies at large. Each year, 2,7 million people are diagnosed with cancer and millions lost their lives due to this disease in Europe.
The Cancer Prevention and Early Detection (Implementation Research) Cluster is a Horizon Europe cooperation between six European projects focused on preventing and detecting cancer at an early stage. All members work together to increase the societal and policy impact of each other’s research.
More information about the ‘Prevention and Early Detection Cluster’ find in our brochure.
